Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULE - Please provide no less than 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This gives us time to offer your spot to someone on our waiting list. Changes made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in forfeiting your 50% deposit LATE ARRIVAL - To ensure all clients receive their full luxury experience, please arrive on time. We offer a 15-minute grace period from your scheduled appointment time. If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible. If you have not arrived or contacted us by 15 minutes past your appointment time, your appointment will be considered a no-show and your deposit will be forfeited. NO SHOW - Missing an appointment without notice prevents others from glowing. No-shows will result in forfeiting your 50% deposit made to reserve your appointment   UNDER 18 - Clients aged 18 and under must have a parent or legal guardian’s written consent before any appointment can be carried out. For all appointments, the parent or legal guardian must remain present for the full duration of the appointment. If a parent or legal guardian is not present, or if the required consent has not been completed, the appointment may be refused, cancelled, or rescheduled. - By booking an appointment for a client under 18, the parent or legal guardian confirms that they understand and agree to these terms. SERVICE LOCATION - I operate from my home spa in Brandon, Lakenheath Village. Once your appointment is booked and deposit is received, the full address will be sent to you via text message.
